Hi Guys,

Recently we’ve rec’d quite a few enquiries about where our “Beersheba 1917” series based around the Australian Light Horse is heading…

Well as you can see from the about-to-be released General Allenby figure we are expanding into other British and Empire forces fighting in that “theatre of operations”… Among the most exciting for K&C is a certain Colonel T.E. Lawrence.

Watch this space!

Best Wishes and happy Collecting.

Great expectations for this series, thrilled to have some info telegraphed for the future, very kind Andy. Cheers, Robin.

Does that mean a WW1 type Rolls Royce Armoured Car is also in the pipeline, Andy?
cheers,
jules

Perhaps that will mean mounted Bedouins on camels. That would be qute exciting.

Lawrence would be a must have figure

"Lawrence of Arabia"...............Great move K&C!
The Turks are already available for battle and Desert buildings and palm trees will make fine backdrops.

Don't, however, forget about your "Napoleon in Egypt" series which I believe is among your best work!

Move over kids I may need your sandbox for dioramas!

Would also love to see some Brits for Gallipoli from K&C one day. The Brits effort here is often over looked as its seen as ANZAC battle, but fact is the Brits took more casualties there than anyone and paid a high price indeed. On second thoughts, I hope not...my credit card would actually melt!:wink2: But would have to have Lawrence^&cool

Rob...

Gets my vote and, I am sure a welcome addition to the range

They've got their charge, I'm sure they would not begrudge some Brits for Gallipoli, or one hopes they wouldn't:wink2:

The Brit's will only compliment this range, do not forget Australia's heritage a mere couple of hundred years is from British stock. Cheers, Robin.

You guys keep forgetting the French participation, which was large, with heavy casualties, second behind the British in number, if my memory is correct. A true Allied operation. Mayb we can get them all done. -- Al

Yes, any participants from this doomed campaign would be very welcome Al , here's hoping.

Hoping to act as a peacemaker but when I think of the Middle East, I don't think of Turkey. Geographically that is more Europe and I believe that the Middle East from a WW I perspective would be Transjordan and what is now known as Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Egypt, Lebanon and Syria.
