The detail on the model spitfire is excellent and, have built a few myself. Neil the spit had the markings removed and, was weathered down with washes etc rather than a full repaint. It deepened and darkened the colourway which, made it look more realistic. some extra chippings around the cockpit, wings etc was all it really needed

Very nice Mitch, it will be interesting if K&C release a tropical version sometime down the track. There were quite a few tropical spits that operated out of Darwin during the war.
