Yesterday, Rob and I got into a tiff about the new figure taking a leak on Hitler's picture that was in Joe's excellent thread about K & C at the Westcoaster. While I don't like the figure, there were many better ways I could have said that without being snippy or annoying people and engaging in what was gross exaggeration or hyperbole.

So my apologies to Rob and to anyone else who I might have annoyed with the excessive comments. The focus should be on some of the very nice looking things that K & C made and showed at the WC and the photos that Joe kindly took for our benefit, not one solitary figure. Of course, I'm sure I helped Andy sell more of the figure and I'm sure he's appreciative of that ^&grin

No need to apologize, I always find it interesting to see what people's views are on the latest release of figures. Reading through your comments, you made some excellent points but I do agree with Rob that the offending Brit is not.... offensive. {sm3}

Not a word of it Brad, I was just as much to blame . Even though I like the figure and do not think it offensive I did come across as Mr ' Nobody CAN find this offensive' didn't mean to sound like that. If we all only liked the same thing this would be a boring hobby wouldn't it. Funnily enough we all talked about that figure and all the other figures hardly got a mention, which is a shame because they are really good!.{bravo}}^&cool

See no reason why the need for an apology at all but, you apparently do. I also think Wayne will take immense pleasure reading that you see it as a ''tiff'' and will seek adjudication that that really is another word for an argument.

How long can it was a differing of opinion hold I wonder?. Its as leaky as we were only following orders!!! Storm in a peecup as I mentioned yesterday. I don't think grown mature intelligent men really take these disagreements seriously!!

I have to disagree with you I'm afraid here. I have just spoken to a High Court Judge, The Queen, Kylie Minogue, Ola Jordon from 'Strictly' and the Pope. All have confirmed the 'Tiff ' did NOT constitute an argument , I don't like to drop names like this but just thought the legal position needed explaining.

Now if anyone wants to really have an argument how about a headline I saw somewhere yesterday ' Should The Yorkshire Ripper get his Pension'?!! Discuss! {eek3}{eek3}{eek3}:wink2:

You ever had a ''tiff'' with a woman?? Tell me that it was not an argument but, a differing of opinions!!!LOL. I saw that about sutcliffe. I did some work on this at Uni for a semester and still remember the poem he had written about himself in his work truck... In this truck is a man whose latent genious if unleashed would rock the world. better let him sleep. Funny how strange things stay in the mind.

I would give his pension to the victims that survived and the family of the ones who did not

Not for arguing, of course not, but for annoying the hell out of some folk, there's a big diff you know!^&grin

You guys can't touch me in law on this and you know it, there has to be stomping off, slamming of doors, death threats etc to constitue an argument, you know , like in all the 'what scale is this' discussions!:wink2:

And how about Jazzeum. Is he a co-conspirator? {eek3} After all, it takes two to argue. And Jazzeum has already confessed in his own words and apologized. I wonder what the Magistrates from down under will have to say?

Probably Gidday!! and put another shrimp on the barby!!!LOL I noticed jazzeum went for early plea and try to get some reduction in sentence but, no leniancy from the court will be tolerated!!! off with their heads and, we can then divide up their collections!!!!

The jury downunder here is still out, but the defence counsel put up the agruement that it was just "two old shielas arguing".^&grin Jury's back. Case dismissed.:smile2:
