I was very fortunate to receive two of the Great Plains War sets for Christmas. This completed all the Trophy GPW sets that I can find info on and I thought I would start a new thread with pictures of the 5 sets that I know where available. Hopefully these pictures may help fellow collectors track down their missing sets.

Here is set # WW4 - CHEYENNE BRAVE

This completes the sets that I believe were produced for the THE GREAT PLAINS WAR series but if anyone has any "Specials" that Len may have produced please post pictures ^&cool

There were 4 other sets produced under the WILD WEST banner, but they were not listed as part of [BTHE GREAT PLAINS WAR][/B] series

Good job you didn't post that Injun earlier, Martyn - or "Broken Lance" might have had a similar pair of trousers!:D

Nice ones Martyn - I'll remember one or two of those pics for the future. :rolleyes2:jb

Wonderful collection Martyn, very nice of Marie to supply the needed missing pieces. How great is it to have a spouse that not only tolerates our hobby, but also assists us with our obession. ^&grin

I like EVERYTHING that Len did - and some more than others M. I may not always suceed with all that I try to do with my little army - but the Trophy finish is one of the names I try to aspire to. I like 'em okay - rest assured - just not so sure my Bank Manager would agree!{eek3}....More fun doing my own anyway!^&grin

Your new Buffalo Soldier is very smart too.:wink2:

Thanks for the sneak peaks earlier of the Cheyenne and Sioux Braves and now featuring and sharing the Cavalry figures you found under your tree on Christmas morning as a gift from Marie which no doubt made your Christmas day...........Joe
