I'm working on a brick size and paint for the brick. The bridge pieces will probably be cut out next Wensday. I can probably have the bridge done by the end of September, hopefully before the Chicago Show.

I would like Danny and Matt, as long as they are in good condition with no scratches, broken pieces, or tears. If they're not in good condition I would ask then for $$$ (We can work out a price later). Shipping is my next point, you'll have to cover shipping of the bridge, I'll try to keep the box as small as I can get to keep the price of shipping down! The bridge is going to come in 4 pieces; the bridge w/pilons, two bridge approaches, and the top bridge support. The bridge completed will be 14" wide by 54" long!

Yes, it was I! Well, I'd recommend it if you're looking for a long term job, with reasonable pay, reasonable pension, a lot of varied work, intense excitement, satisfaction, and enjoyment, mixed with spates of tedium and frustration at times.
I've been doing it 21 years, and I've absolutely no regrets about my career choice. I would still tend to view it as a job for life. Sure, people will join and then leave after so many years, but the vast majority join up and do the full stint. Drop us a pm or e-mail with any queries, thoughts etc.

Make sure to post lots of pics! I remember reading somewhere that you said your Gran worked in the hospitol during the war, that is so COOL! My grandfather's cousin fought on Okinawa, and then my father served in multiple combat operations during the late cold war!

I'll post some pics when I get it. Unfortunately my Americans are becoming vastly outnumbered pretty fast. I still need to p/u the winter Chaffee so that might be my next purchase to even the odds a little.

I went with the winter version since I'm a big Battle of the Bulge collector. I was told sometime in mid august I would receive the Pakwagen and some sort of special gift? I'm eagerly looking forward to receiving it.
