To save or not, the boxes

It may be too late for most of your collection, but going forward you could print out a small picture of the figure and slip it into the box before it goes into storage. I try to use the manufacturers publicity pics. I found that, as time goes by, it can be difficult to find references to...

    The USMC stretcher set

I hope so! My grandfather (and namesake) was a Navy doctor aboard the USS Sibley serving in the Pacific during WWII. His son (my uncle) was a toy soldier collector, and helped me start my collection. This would give me a way to pay homage to them both!

    KING & COUNTRY Dispatches -- January 2018

I'm enjoying the return to the Pacific. Would second the suggestion for hospital corpsmen and even a navy doctor (my grandfather was a navy doctor serving on the USS Sibley in action around Iwo Jima and occupied Japan). Also as a suggestion for the figures you have been producing based on...

    Status of TedToy store....

Just wondering if anyone knows the status of the TedToy online store. I placed an order in late October, and other than the order confirmation email, I have not seen the order, and have not been able to reach Ted (by email or phone) to check the status of the order. I've purchased from Ted...

    Chicago show!

TGM003 is one of my favorite TGM sets! Look forward to seeing what the new figures look like, and sad that I am not able to make the Chicago show this year. I will just have to be patient.

I have changed and repaint the French Pigeon Messenger Set

Way cool! I posted a picture on one of these threads suggesting a WWII figure with a pigeon cage on his back. Wish a manufacturer would do one, as I do not have the modeling skills to pull off a conversion. Nice work!

The Alamo diorama - huge, custom collection. need advice.

Others may have already suggested this, but you could check out: http://www.oldtoysoldierauctions.com/default.htm It looks like they buy collections and then auction them off. Might be worth a contact. Good luck with your quest. I'm sure it is not an easy time with everything that is going...

    KING & COUNTRY Dispatches -- June 2014

Those commandos are sweet! They are moving to the top of my list. The medic is great as well.

Dark Forest Backdrop. Great job as always.

    April dispatches.

I would like to see more WW1 & 2 soldiers to be honest. I have a fair number of TGM vehicles too, and agree with you on some of the recent releases, but I do like the manned torpedo, and am excited for the British variant whenever it shows up.

    “Feldlazarett 254”

This dio is so very, very, cool! All the new medical figures, vehicles, and potential vehicles (hint hint armored ambulance) will have my paychecks allocated for months. Rethinking the whole send the kids to college plan....any more and I'll have to be rethinking the retirement plan too...

    “Armoured Ambulance…Anyone?

Very cool! The reviews here look positive, I hope they are similar at the West Coaster, such that there is enough positive to consider production beyond the prototype.

    Wespe

Thanks for the pictures and description. I've seen this piece around and been intrigued by it, but have passed. Might give it a second look now if I see it at the right price.

Would like to see more WWI & WWII. There have been many recent vehicles...how about some new foot soldiers?
