Some car songs.

I can't say I've noticed oversized rivets on other Aircraft models, of course most of them do tend to highlight the panel lines too much, same as in other scales such as 1:72 etc. As for the First Legion Loach, I guess it's small size and the close up photos would tend to exagerate the rivet size.

Yeah, the bolt sized rivets are another downside to this new release, I hope they do better with any future aircraft.
