I agree with you about the German Figures. I also put a post on the Showcase Thread.
I have a few bags of Germans and Japanese. They are needed to oppose the Marines and GIs. The attraction to the German Army puzzles me. They will never change their minds.
My Marines are turning out well. Now I have to stop them and make some Japanese.
I also have to get a CamCorder.

It's Me Again
My Project Involves the Pacific Island Hopping.
It Is Divided Into Different / Connected Dioramas.
1 - Landing and Fighting Off the Beach
2 - Attacking and Destroying a Bunker Area.
3 - Defending and Repelling An Attack Coming Across a River.

I Am Building A Terrain Board To Accomodate All Three Dioramas.
My Ambitious Plan Is To Make A Video and Post It On YouTube and Photobucket.

Thanks for your review. I needed another Jarhead opinion of those Conversions.
Yes, I have done many conversions for other collectors.
In January, I made about 50 Marines and Japanese for a guy in Florida.
Most of the Figures done for him are shown on my Photobucket album.
The Marine Conversions are painted a light olive drab for uniformity.
They are TSSD, Conte and a few Marx mixed and matched to build new poses.http://photobucket.com/denb4
