Mike Can confirm I flew out of Baltimore, landed in Austin today and no real delays at TSA. My precheck was 2 mins and in Austin, no lines I saw when leaving airport. So, I don't know, I think there are certain airports that appear to be hit harder b/c BWI and AUS are not small airports. So...
