Help on these Marx WW2 Soldiers?

Looks like the Germans are Marx, the GI's are Timmee and the small GI's are Peyton.

    Paul stadinger's comment time

I enjoy his comment time, and I especially enjoy going through his e-bay auctions as he has many hard to find items that you pick up with out breaking the bank. I have been able to find items that I had as a child, that I have never seen elsewhere at shows. He seems to specialize in Eurpopean or...

I guess I should mention, that I myself have never opened the set, the previous owner someone I trust told me it was all there and he had never done anything but view the set, it came with the box wrapped in plastic and I have not opened the box as of yet. I will verify it is all there and if...

    My alamo sculpts......

PlasticUnderground actually did three one on one pieces, you can see them here: http://www.plasticunderground.net/ I have all three, brain salad is my favorite, but there was also the stabbing despite being bayonetted scene, and the side step and chop scene.

where is all the plastic discussion?

Re: Gibbs A good set with mat and booklet can go for upwards of $300.00, I sold a primo set for $350.00. They are hard to find without broken figures especially the riding cavalry. You can get a decent set with a few broken figures usually for $250.00 to $300.00. QUOTE=LordAnhausen;410370]Can...

where is all the plastic discussion?

Don't all the Conte discussions become spirited? It seems one can't voice their frustration with one manufacturer who shall remain nameless in this post without the defenders of the oppressed coming to his rescue. Anyway, maybe, just maybe, people wouldn't express their frustration quite as...

You forgot the Alamo, tsk tsk. Beat the drum slowly.

where is all the plastic discussion?

Yes, that's why I deemed it unusual, in my opinion he's a shill for Conte, so any comments that would exault Conte and degrade someone else would normally be allowed. As long as you don't tread on the holy grail it was usually considered good from. Not downgrading anything, just being fair...

where is all the plastic discussion?

That's unusual, in my experiences he was always very pro Conte. However, I don't think posts should be censored unless they are truly in bad taste and or use offensive langage. If they are stating their personal opinion, I think they should be entitled to post, I believe that's one of the...

Yes, be prepared to be over whelmed. Have a plan, there is so much to see you can lose yourself. It really is amazing.

new CTS stuff in the works...

Barzso just did Bushy Run and a new Fort Apache, Tssd is doing the OK Corral and just did a host of Custer figures and Alamo buildings. Conte says he is doing Dodge City/Ok Corral. Paragon is doing cavalry and Apaches. That's quite a bit of other periods in my opinion.

    Future CTS figures

I was always disappointed in the Marx Confederate poses ( pre-Centenial), they didn't seem to be as action packed as the Union. Hello. What's about the ITALERI ones? The CTS looks good to me. If they are not perfect, CTS is one of the most productive manufacturer for the moment... Regards.
