The reason most appear to you as a LAH appreciation threads as the collectors here appreciate the well made figures and the creative talent to pose set figures into an almost interactive scenario. I do not think it is the secrative want to be a Nazi party member or belong to the Death head SS...
Rob,
I agree. My experience while stationed in Germany for 15 years is there is a lot of effort by them to downplay that portion of their history. My Father-in-Law was captured winter of 43, after dining on all their artillery horses, by the Russians. The most he imparted to me was the...

LOL, ended up being a funny thread. No not a person to put on ignore list. Something higher than that. errr I can see where this one goes.... Let 'em fly and don't shoot the control tower!!!!!!

Interesting read, learned a lot. I have been in those simulators and played the driver, TC, Gunner, loader and the same in the Bradley simulators. I think PA might know something of the simulators also.
The ME/BF109 is one of my favorite planes, thus one was sold when it came out. Its my first A/C to purchase. I myself don't see the allure of the Hurricane, even though its the mainstay of BOB. I'd prefer a late Mark Spitfire. Now I can see first hand the quality of K&C A/C and see the price...
Oliver,
A very good point. That never crossed my mind, and I build models as well. Well start anyways :p We wouldn't want too many air bubles in the casting.
Another point is the value of the limited number of sets. Too many sets out in the world would mean the pricing would be lower to garner prospective buyers interest. Doesn't mean the sets would change in price though. Another idea is to have a new set design of the same, but in another period...
LOL Thats what I was thinking as well. I was aware of the upgrades and retrofits as well and was hoping this was not the case. That would muddy the waters way too much.
