Same thing happened to me, that is why I try and avoid international auctions. I do send to France, UK, and Germany, I have never had any problems with those countries.

I noticed that sometimes that certain shipping carriers are the cause. I ship a lot of items and it seems that one carrier I use sometimes seems to have way more issues than another I use.

I know I have problems when I look in my closet and find that I either bought doubles by mistake or find a set that I forgot I had for years.

Good point maddadicus, I forgot ebay is going to start charging the final fee for the postage along with the sale price. It is high to ship international. I have had problems only with Italy when shipping. My biggest gripe is when an item is listed no international shipping and someone buys it...
