    A few of Mine...

Why thanks y'all! It isn't even finished yet! I've already posted this pic, these are the ICM 1/48 Luftwaffe Ground Personnel and Pilot. For a fiver, they are quite pricey, but I really really liked them. Proper good kit and they are in a much nicer scale that doesn't cause excessive squinting...

    A few of Mine...

BTW, I forgot to mention one of my on-going projects. I've been working on a large 1/72 scale diorama over the last few months, I think I started it back around September time of last year. It is meant to be loosely based on the film Saving Private Ryan at 'Dog Green Sector' or Omaha Beach on...

    Hey! A newbie here!

Here are the other pics (it said I had 7 pics, not 5 ?) These are two more of the cavalry units. The assembled one has a detachable rider. The riders head also comes off. The rider slots into a hole in the horse. I left the unit on the left to show the individual components. This one also has...

    Hey! A newbie here!

I've got some batteries charged up. Here are some better Pictures:) The First are three horses. Two have no holes where the rider slots in on the other ones. The two without the slots are identical and the other one has a different base. This second pic is of the Foot Soldiers. Two of them...

    A few of Mine...

Thanks! Here are a few more pictures of my old Model Railway Layout. I guess you could call it a working layout in many ways! Here are a couple more from another diorama called 'The Falaise Pocket' based losely on the area of Falaise around D-Day Time.

I used Lichen for it. I pick and dye my own as the stuff for Model Railways costs a bomb! As long as you can get your hands on a large amount of Glycerine, then you can make tons of it!

    Hey! A newbie here!

I'm not questioning the addictivity (is that a word;) ). I try to sign up to as few forums as possible because otherwise I spend to long on them! Btw, Bill Hicks was a Comedian. He died in 1994 from Cancer of the Pancreas. More info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Hicks And some Quotes...

    Hey! A newbie here!

Yep! - Langleys! (My Main Source of Bancrupcy!;) ) Thanks for more welcomes! Thats interesting that they might be Pre-War. I've never heard about John Hill & Co, so I'll have a scoot around the net! Any ideas on their value if they are this old?:D BTW, where might I be able to find any...

Ayup! Here are a few of my own little dioramas, none of these are as good as what I've seen on here though, you guys know how to do it, and do it good! 'Bocage Country' 'Fire' 'The Flak Base' I'm currently working on a 1/48 Scale Luftwaffe Airfield Scene - these are the figures I'm...

    Bored Tonight...Post a Diorama, LOL

Holy Poo! Those are very, very, very impressive Dioramas there! Those figures are outstanding! What scale are you working with there? 1/72? 1/35? Truly inspirational stuff there! I'm amazed!

    Hey! A newbie here!

Thanks for the Welcome! I'm mostly interested in WWII Stuff, and the Early 50's Era of Model Railways. I have to agree, Alan Partridge makes hysterical viewings, maybe a little (or very) depressing at times! I live about a mile away from the BP Garage that is featured in Series two (I'm from...

    Hey! A newbie here!

Hi There! I've just joined up so I thought I might aswell introduce myself! I'm on the search for some answers at the moment, I have some lead soldiers that need identifying. I'm about to move house, and I came across these under piles of Junk! I think they are from around the early 50's/Late...
