While in Colonial Williamsburg you should eat in the three taverns there. They serve lunch and dinner, you'll need reservations for dinner. The atmosphere is great and the period style menu very good. Not sure how much extra time you have but the US Marine museum at Quantico, VA is not far...

Mount Vernon, G Washington's home on the Potomac, is very close to Williamsburg and a "must see." Enjoy the trip, I've been many times and always enjoy the places you listed.
