It does seem like it doesn't it. I remember when I thought $250 for a K&C tank was a princely sum. Now their Israeli Centurion is $399! Beautiful pieces from both John and K&C, but these prices are forcing hard choices.

Well, K&C just released a $400 Israeli Centurion and a $359 P-51B, so it appears John's stuff is no longer more expensive and it appears that K&C is moving towards a different Value Proposition. IMHO, $400 for a K&C tank is a bit much so I won't be getting it.

Nothing's perfect, but I think at one point they issued the D-Day'ish Wittmann Tiger I with rubber rimmed road wheels, not steel rimmed. That seemed like a big deal to me and I sold mine.
