    On The Road to Saigon

Andy, that's not the definitive version of the NVA tank commander, right? He looks like the JS-2 commander.

I love these upcoming T-55's, be they Arab or NVA versions. Looking forward to seeing more images.

    Syrian T55 Tanks

The Syrians were no cowards in the 1973 Yom Kippur war. Their armoured formations showed great courage and determination, as also witnessed and stated by the Israeli's. Their problems were a lack of training and a lack of good tactical leadership.

    Syrian T55 Tanks

This is my model of the year. I've wanted an Arab T-55 for several years, since the IDF range started. A big thank you to K&C and Andy Neilson. Vincent

A Little Red Army Vignette with the SU-76 (RA057)

I've also ordered both sets last month through K&C's dealer in The Netherlands. Unfortunately there was some damage, but my dealer assured me that K&C's customer service is very good and they will send a new one with their next shipment. The Soviet assault infantry really compliments the model...

King and Country Micheal Wittmann’s First Tiger I

By the way, if anyone is interested, there is a nice new book called 'Waffen SS Tiger crews at Kursk' out. I've recently purchased it myself and it's pretty good. Link: Waffen-SS Tiger Crews at Kursk: The Men of SS Panzer Regiments 1, 2, and 3 in Operation Citadel, July 5–15, 1943: MacLean...

King and Country Micheal Wittmann’s First Tiger I

Re: King and Country Micheal Wittmann’s First Tiger I I'm not sure if this is in response to my last post, but my point was exactly in defense of not being too critical.

King and Country Micheal Wittmann’s First Tiger I

I see your point about the (I assume) WS043. It also has no Zimmerit, and it is a bit underscaled to the figures and to K&C's more recent Tigers, which are more accurately proportioned. These are things I noticed rightaway when it came out. But I have to profess my love for the WS043:smile2:. I...

King and Country Micheal Wittmann’s First Tiger I

I have asked the same a while ago, and received an answer from Andy Neilson stating that Wittmann is wearing the lightweight cotton fieldgrey tunic as it's in the middle of a hot Russian summer at Kursk. Makes sense to me. Hope that helps. Cheers, Vincent

Great series. I so wish K&C would make a Syrian or Egyptian T-54/55.

    KING & COUNTRY Dispatches -- February 2020

Hi Andy) It is my understanding that there is a German directive stating that all German military vehicles, including motorcycles, were to be a dark yellow base colour off the factory line, starting february 1943. Those vehicles of foreign (captured or confiscated) origin, were asap to be...

    Wittmann figure in set WS352

Has anyone besides me wondered why Wittmann in set WS352 is wearing a field grey dress uniform rather than the black or camo panzer tunic?
