Hi Guys,

As I said the other day the number of ways you can use this diorama in different historical eras is great fun... and very interesting.

Here’s two more for the weekend…

On 10 May 1940, Hitler unleashed his long-awaited assault on the West.

In the early hours of that day German Forces smashed into Holland and Belgium on their way to France.

Britain and France moved their own forces into Belgium to meet the much anticipated attack in the North.

What neither suspected was that the main armoured thrust would be elsewhere… far to the south and through a thickly-forested area known as … the Ardennes.

One of the Germans northern armoured units has a brief pause as they wait for their infantry support to catch up.

Enjoy!

Andy,

I like the last pic showing the hill and the flat land below with the waiting armour .... c1940

Now I'd love to see a gun on top of the hill, cavalry charge below and a thin red line c1815 ???

PLEASE ???

John

Simply brilliant Andy.

A pleasure to see so many 'grey' vehicles & figures on show in one display.
