Not quite as grand as Andy's - The PLA on Parade
Here are some pictures of these figures just the AK version of them...View attachment 85796View attachment 85797View attachment 85798
You're too modest Larry. That's a great display.

Some hard to find sets. Congrats on having them in your collection. Took me years to find them and still missing the kubelwagen. Thanks for posting photos of these oldies but goodies. Lawrence
Thank you , Lawrence...Those were my very first K&C toy soldiers...I believe the AK003 Military Police was my very first set...Before that i used to just build my own toy soldiers from kits but i am not that good a modeler as some on this forum...i will post some of the AK that i built & painted for a chuckle...View attachment 85838
When did you start collecting as these were some of K&c's oldest WW2 matte figures? Did you pick-up any of their old wood/resin vehicles? As for your modeling skills, they far exceed mine. Look forward to seeing more of your collection. Lawrence
Hello Lawrence,
The Chinese parade scene is awesome! I truly enjoy seeing any series in parade, the figures to me just take on a different persona. I just imagine and hear the bands playing and get caught up in all the pomp & circumstance!
Glad you enjoyed the PLA on parade. It has been a couple of years since I last saw you at Chicago. Hope all is well and that you are still involved with reenacting. As you like bands - here is another group of oldies
