Hi Guys,

Much as I share your enthusiasm and interest in both the Mosquito and ME.262 Night fighters are we not forgetting those two usual Treefrog add-ons”…

“But only if the price is right!” and…

“Only if it’s in exactly the colours and markings I personally select!”

In the meantime, all suggestions are very welcome and best wishes to one and all.

Make a 262 night fighter and i don't care what it costs or who,s markings it has would look awesome on my airfield next to my other 262.

Interesting but, not at any price. If its not on the horizon a bit of conversion work could make an existing one a night fighter no problem. Would be a great project

The ME-262 would be cheaper than the Mosquito, I would imagine. Andy is right again though. If the planes were black, people would buy it if it were blue, or the grey needs to be darker etc.....
oh......that ME-262 is nice but too pricey for me......etc {sm2} Not taking away from the collectors who already voiced their enthusiasm and support but there is always the other group.

When it comes to planes it is neither a matter of design/markings nor cost that affects my purchase. I really love the idea of aircraft etc. However, short of displaying them as static models on a shelf or doing an airfield scene there is not too much you can do with them. Unless you hang them from ceiling (which is dangerous considering their weight and fragility) it is virtually impossible to do a dogfight or combat scenario with them.

With that said, I would love to purchase one of Gordon’s airfield diorama’s (unless someone beats me to it again!) and fill it in with the planes and pieces that I like.

In the previous thread I commented that I thought it was a neat concept. I'm not much of a unit markings/color connoisseur so that would not be as big a selection factor for me. I would love to see one, but I would definitely fall into the "at the right price" category. Sadly, given budget constraints, and the long wish list that I have put together as manufacturers keep producing so many great pieces, this would likely be a piece that just gets added to the "someday" list.
