Hi Guys,
Here is the first of several “look-sees” at a little diorama Gordon completed this past weekend.
As you can see it is a “Desert Oasis” somewhere in North Africa during 1941/42.
The “Desert Fox” himself is taking the time to stretch his legs while his escort are replenishing their water supplies.
While at the oasis they have picked up a British straggler along the way.
The diorama itself measures just 21” x21” and utilizes a whole bunch of our K&C “Desert Palm Trees” as well as other bits ‘n’ bobs.
Some of our current production vehicles are joined by a small selection of AK figures (both recent and not-so-recent)
As many of you know a good diorama “landscape” is a little bit like a good old movie backlot... It can be used over and over again.... just change a few details, some of the actors and ... tell a whole different story!
Hope you like it.
Best wishes and Happy collecting
