Hi Guy,

For the sharp-eyed among you… you may have noticed that DD206 is named as a “Kneeling Bombardier” and has 3 stripes! Rest assured that in reality he will only have two stripes…the old photo was used instead of the revised one so the offending ”third” stripe has gone. Thanks apologies and best wishes,

Andy C.

Will the Jagdpanther crew get grey jackets also??

Hi Andy, you know with these new figures you've tapped into the memory of a whole generation on this forum who had those Commando comics as kids, still got hundreds up in the loft.....don't tell my wife though, she thinks I threw them all out^&grin:wink2:

WOW, that was a quick update, I must have missed the No2 being a Sgt.

BUT where is the Gun Sgt who commands the gun Andy ??????

I'd have to think Simon and James will be quite thrilled with Commandos.

It just proves that you can never say never.

There is hope for Seminoles! {eek3}

Brad - you are so right. You might remember the "Go Commando" thread from a few years ago. I made my avatar then and have kept the faith ever since. Simon long ago lost faith and changed to Top Gun! :)
But today my resolve has been rewarded!

Loving these figures - somehow i'll find a way to afford them all.

So true, the new commandos remind me of my old HO scale Airfix set that had kayaks, dingies and men with grappling hooks. Good times I played with them tons. They raided the German occupied French coast hundreds of times and miraculously won every engagement without nary a casualty! ^&grin The childhood memories this hobby provides us is as MasterCard says...".priceless."

I still have them mate! As you say many happy memories indeed. All us boys on our street played with them 1/72, 1/32, Action Man, Commando/Battle/War comics....it was all about the War back then with no pc's or video games........Happy days!:salute::

You wait for next months Dispatches where we'll see F 14 Tomcats and an aircraft carrier {sm2}

Never lost the faith, and will be getting all of 'em, once I've sold an organ or child or something. They're exactly the sort of poses / style I was hoping for.
