Yeah, was a bit too low, was comparing to JJD but FL tend to charge a premium, but they are real quality. Probably Closer to $700 or more evenEasy
Thanks for the info on the Ferdinand as well as the background regarding the Facebook posts. No new info that I have seen… I expect it could be a while before a release, though. FL still has not released some of the items they said were coming the first part of July, like the Kharkov Germans.
Also, the pics Wayne posted were originally posted in the Toy Soldier Collector Asia Facebook group by someone apparently involved with building the vehicles. The same person had previously posted pictures of 1/30 scale Hetzer models that matched the schemes FL announced and pics of 1/30 scale M10 Wolverine models that matched the FL’s recent releases. The pics are very likely of an initial production example or paint master.
600, 700 for a tank without figures is not realistic.Yeah, was a bit too low, was comparing to JJD but FL tend to charge a premium, but they are real quality. Probably Closer to $700 or more even
Plus i cannot see there being much or any interior detail, which would keep the price down, unless the rear fixed turret can come off. Wish John would re issue some of the previously released tanks without interior detail, price would be a little cheaper and would be good for those who do not want interior detail. My prediction is it will cost between $485-$550. The First Legion King Tiger was $469. If anything, First Legion is trying to control pricing on their tanks. The newest Jagdpanzer IV Panzer Lehr version is $370.
If people buy it, they can sell it at 1000, why not?
