Well Gentlemen,
Its about that time: Hans Hedrich, Lawrence Lo and myself are proud to officially announce the 2007 New York Toy Soldier Symposium. This years events will be as follows:
(1) Friday, March 9th:
Opening Dinner at Tiro A Segno. Cocktails at 7:00 p.m. in the club Library; dinner at 8:00 p.m. (space will be limited).
(2) Saturday, March 10th:
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.: Tour of Unofficial King & Country Museum, talks by Andy Neilson of K&C and Rick Wang of Figarti; Luncheon served throughout. (Attendance unlimited).
7:30 p.m.: Dinner at Tse Yang (space will be limited).
(3) Sunday, March 11th:
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Attend Toy Soldier Show in New Jersey (I believe it has moved from its usual location at Schutzen Park)
1:30 p.m. Closing Luncheon at the Wollenski Grill hosted by Andy Neilson of K&C.
As you can see, some of the events have limited attendance, so those interested in attending one or more of the Symposium events, please PM me with your name, contact information and event or events you are interested in attending as soon as possible. For those coming from out of town, please indicate if you would like to stay at the Cornell Club and which nights you are interested in staying, so that I can book a block of rooms. Thank you and hope to see you there!
