Ron mate,
It is the old Statistician coming out in me. Just love K&C History. Just to keep you thinking K&C have released and about to release 2253 different sets in matte. So when you think about the 310 released in 2009 that is 13.76% of the total matte sets every released. And you as a mad Naps man would be happy to know that the 201 NAs (8.93% of total) is the largest series released. Even the 191 HK sets don't beat the Naps.
Hope that gives you something to ponder on.

Very interesting. But have you studied the weighted averages, because many sets today are single figures, where as a few years ago they were 3 - 4 figure sets and AFVs. So there are more sets per year today, but your analysis underweights the larger sets of the past skewing the interpretation of the results In today's world, more is less.

Those lists and numbers for me just indicate how truly diversified K&C's lineup is, why they are #1 in the industry and how they try and touch on a tremendous variety of historical periods for us collectors. I just hope they remember to keep adding to their core ( and likely best selling) lines consistently and don't become a "jack of all trades but master in none".
