Great photos,

Just a word of caution, there is a photo that shows the address of the residence (earlier set of photos), I would advice removing it. You cannot be careful enough this day and age.

I have been to Rick's house a couple of times and his collection is mind blowing; think I posted some photos of his collection a few years back. You should see his basement where he stores his boxes. That is equally mind blowing.

Sharp eyes! I was aware of it, but I believe that the probability of anything bad resulting from showing the address is extremely small given: 1) Low lives and scum bags are few and far between in our hobby, in fact, the polar opposite is the norm. 2) Anyone who would try to sell, on eBay or at auction, stolen items from this collection would be quickly identified as the thief. 3) Most importantly, there are three large Siberian Huskies, one of which is half wolf, that live in that house, that would attack and seriously maul any would be intruder.

That being said, if the collector would feel better if that photo was deleted, I'll ask a moderator to remove it.

I am sorry I missed the basement. I would have liked to have seen them.

I noticed that too. I suggest the moderator crop the image thereby removing the address.

Some nice photos of Louis’ collection. I defy him to find more room; it looks like every nook and cranny is full.

These are some photos I took at the Museum of American Armor located in Old Bethpage, Long Island. The museum has about 40 operational World War II military vehicles, all housed in one 25,000 square foot building.

1) Chris, Sandor, me, Steven, Ken, and Louis in front of a US M4 Sherman Medium Tank with a 75mm cannon.

2) A replica German Sturmgeschutz III (Stug III).

3) View showing Stug III stand-off side armor.

4) A US M3 Half-track, the standard armored infantry carrier in armored divisions.

) A US M5 Stuart Light Tank with a 37mm cannon.

1) Another US M8 Greyhound Armored Car.

2) A US Quad .50 Caliber Machine Gun Battery and a Bofors 40 mm Anti-Aircraft Gun.

3) A US M2 Browning "Ma Deuce" .50 Caliber Heavy Machine Gun which is still in use today.

4) A German MG42 or MG35 Machine Gun.

5) A US M1 37 mm Anti-Tank Gun. It was replaced by the M1 57 mm Anti-Tank Gun which was a copy of the British 6-pounder Mark 2.

NB: On the previous post, I referred to the White Scout Car as an M2, but I believe it 's correct nomenclature is an M3A1.
