Does anyone know if this barn is actually being released in May 2011 and if so what the actual date of release is?

Thanks

Its still on the schedule for May . . . . don't know exact release date but I hope its sooner more than later . . . . and it has been a long wait hasn't it? Its the only piece I need to finish off my 4' x 8' ACW/AWI play table . . . . Keeping my fingers crossed . . .

I hope it's May. I've been wanting to do a Brawner's farm battle and need a BARN!

I thought I would give Britains a ring and check the situation and the lady I spoke to said it is still scheduled for release but will be the very end of May if not into June.

So will be good to see some pictures of how everyone has used it in their displays, definately looking for forward to seeing this add the finishing touch to your ACW/AWI display Mike! ^&grin

All the best everyone.

Hi Guys:

It is going on a ship this Saturday. So, might make end of May but more likely June. I saw the finished model in China three weeks ago and it looks great (will admit to making one small improvement to it while I was there...thus the additional week delay...shame on me).

Just back from Gettysburg, where I took 300+ photos, and used my tape measure a lot! Guesses?

Hi,
Thanks for the update, and I also already have it on preorder. One question, though; what is the tweak?
Thanks,
Sandor

I've just spoken to W.Britains UK to see what the release date is and its now pushed back into July unfortunately...

I think Britains are very mean making us wait even longer for this fantastic set! :D

All of the above...but I can't say we'll actually do them all!...couple others too.

McPherson barn. Personally, I think the absolute best thing you could do for Gettysburg is the cemetery gatehouse. So iconic. It would look amazing with artillery.

My money is on it being Richard Ewell's wooden leg. :wink2:
