I just thought I would make note of the fact that this is the 69th anniversary of the Japanese Naval attack on the USA at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. I also just wondered if K&C and Andy have ever thought of making sets to "Remember Pearl Harbor!".

Perhaps a SL of dorie firing the AA gun would be appropriate??

Dear Mitch:

Yes, a small set showing US Navy Seaman "Dorie" firing the AA gun would be appropriate. As I recall this seaman was a cook who took it upon himself to man an AA gun. I also recall seing a film clip on some documentary on TV yeras ago that showed him firing the AA gun. I should think that some set or sets on Pearl Harbor would be of interest especially in the USA. Everyone who was alive and old enough in the USA to remember, always remembered just where that were when they heard the news about the Pearl Harbor attack. I was not born until nearly 3 years later, but I remember my father & others tell me of where they were, etc.

Growing up and learning about the attack it was always this incident amongst all that stood out for me that he that brave and probably that angry that rather than run for his life he stayed and faught back. Huge!!!
