MIKE......
That is a great photo well done and nice figures, and a geat background.
Mine are still in the box. Will have to take a look at them. Geat Job.

These are very nice figures that for some reason don't seem to have raised much interest. They are very well done and action oriented. They have been fighting my Indians since release. Maybe JJD should expand on them. I could use a color bearer set (providing they carried them in action in FIW). Thanks for posting the set, Michael. They sure look good in a natural setting. -- Al

It's alway such a pleasure to see you and work and play featuring your JJ figures and looking forward to what you have in store for us next Michael. Hope your day's off to a good start....Papa Zulu

That's a great scene you depicted Michael. I wish I bought those sets when they were available, all the dealers I know are out of stock.

The Scots in FIW are very interesting as the British brought them over thinking they were the closest thing the had to the indians in fighting ability.

Michael,

What is the ground work again? I no you told us all so many times but just wanted to make sure.

Thanks for the nice compliments...

Titus...the groundwork is the large bags of moss run through my coffee grinder...

Dragoon...I think they are retired..Treefrog does not have them listed...you might try March Through Times...he has them listed and usually keeps a pretty current inventory on his website...

but I'm pretty sure they are now retired or at least out of stock at the factory...

Thanks guys for the heads up. :) I've been seeing the ''out of stock-availablity unknown'' posted for so long that I stopped looking.

so does March Through Times...but I kind of remember trying to help a guy find some once...not that long ago...and he said they were listed everywhere...but nobody had them in stock...I know one set just sold on Ebay for more than retail...but that doesn't necessarily mean anything either...

Tim Tyler's "Troops of Time" website shows these sets as available, also. -- Al

I'm sorry for telling you that Treefrog didn't have them on their site...I swear I looked and didn't see them...my mistake...Treefrog definitely has them listed...
