Hello Brian! ^&cool We haven't had a DEMAG-Sdkfz-10 in awhile(DAK/Europe)? Maybe you could, also consider giving us Collector's an OPEL Maultier(Halftrack ) Cargo Truck for DAK/Europe--or a Krupp Protze KFZ-70, with a Canvas Removeable Canopy? :wink2:CIAO!

This is great! Thanks Brian for all the great stuff you guys bring out for us collectors.

Very interested in Nebelwerfers if thats being hinted at. Cannot believe that all of these years and one has not been done.

Patriots models did a winter white version and a grey version, must have been before you came into the hobby........

The patriot one was not 1/30th and rather poor as most of their stuff was IMO so, thats why I did not mention it. I think Britains did one or someone similar but, again did not mention it as its not 1/30th.

Cheers Mitch,

I respect your opinion but I have to disagree. The Patriot set looks as close to 1:30 scale as anything K&C I have in my collection. I rather like the set (winter version) itself quite a bit despite the debate about the tube lengths. I also have the GI/resistance fighter set and am very happy to have it too.

All The Best,
Marc

Marc...

Thats the great thing about the hobby something I don't particularly like others will covet. What is good is that it looks like manufacturers are beginning to listen and we should have so many nebelwerfers soon we could shake a stick at or, so the saying goes!!!

Right you are Mitch! My collection needs another Nebelwerfer anyway as the one looks too lonely and as you said, the releases keep getting better via more accuracy & detail. Looking forward to upcoming releases especially seeing them live in Chicago!

The Patriot model was 1/30th, as were all of their WWII figures, just like Marc said.

The vast majority of my customers liked their products a great deal as well, too bad they have fallen off the grid.

Looked ok IMO.

Is that 1/30 in the literal sense or 1/30 in the figurative sense? ;):D

I have the grey Nebelwefer and have no idea about the scale (never measured it). The figures on the other hand are among the tallest in my collection.

I disagree about scale and accuracy of patriot models whether your customers like a product has little to do with whether it is correct or in scale. I have seen many sets released from totally innacurate to down right fantasy that were good sellers. I suppose we could deliberate about the correct measurements but, IMO as I said to Marc they were not upto scratch and, probably one of the reasons why they fell from the scale as you say. I do look forward to a better detailed version being made

I think Franks pictures speak volumes about scale and detail

Ok Mitch, you are right, I am wrong.

The scale is off on the figures and the weapon is not very accurate.

I hope to God someone makes one that passes muster in your eyes.

I don't know why you have to feel the need to be so snotty when its simply a case of one person not liking a product and another saying they do. I don't see a similar retort to Frank and he is basically saying the same thing about the figure scale.

Perhaps you feel you can get away with it as its Mitch. if you cannot or will not objectively evaluate sets then fine but, why not please refrain from the unecessary

I also hope that accurate sets are released cause its not really hard to do now is it when they are in the books with the correct measurements. To me it seems harder to do them wrong than right????
