I've lost both my mom and dad a few years ago and one thing that I did that helped a lot was to try to remember the .... "Last Time That ...

It doesn't have to be something big or impressive but any time together. Maybe the last time that ... You and her went for lunch or dinner or a conversation about your toy soldiers!

Today at 2:10 PM here in New Jersey my mom lost her battle with Cancer. She was 79 years old.
