This is a vignette that I have been hoping for going on over 2 years now. Although I would have preferred 4 horses I can understand the reasoning behind having only two. Perhaps two more horse could be offered in the future as an add-on set. Certainly this is a set much needed for any dismounted cavalry action. At Gettysburg, the 8th Illniois under Gamble's command dismounted and "dug in" along Herr Ridge and every 4th trooper led the horses (his and three other riderless horses) to the rear of the action along McPhearson Ridge.
