Gary better known as "Iron Brigage" asked me to post these photos for him.

Here is what Gary told me: These are photos of "K&C matte sets of my "Age of Napoleon circa 1812" diorama on a round table about 38 inches across. Notice that Napoleon is placed at the very center of the table in front of his HQ tent. K&C set CF 014 (Club Figure of Field Marshal Murat) was just placed by the right side of Napoleon a couple of days ago when it came in the mail from K&C HQ in Hong Kong which completed this diorama."

I am sure Gary will have more to say :)

Hi Gary,

Brad has done a great job in posting the 5 shots of your fine "Age of Napoleon" display.

I know you have been working hard on this display since Christmas.

It is a very nice display indeed. You covered your bases well.

Best Wishes, Raymond.

PS: Now you can work on the D-Day Omaha Beach diorama.

Excellent Collection - especially like the marching French Line Troops ... I never thought of buying multiples of them ! - Must correct that oversight soon :)

Very nice. I like how you built up the background to shift focus to the center of the action. Effective use of mulitple scenes in one dio. Thanks for sharing.

Chris

Very nice Gary, lots going on in that dio but not too much and looks like there is plenty of room to add some new figures if need be.

Dear Brad / "Jazzeum":
Wow! Most splendid job on posting all #7 photos of my new "Age of Napoleon circa 1812" diorama. Thank you so much! 1/30/2010

Dear "TheBritFarmer": Thanks for your very nice comments! Yes, there is room left for some figures, but it would have to be something that fits in with all the rest. Regards, Gary / "Iron Brigade" 1/30/2010

Dear Chris / "Terp152": Thanks for your very kind comments. Doing diorama type displays is my main interest in collecting toy soldiers.

Dear "Capitolron":
Thanks for your commets! Ah, my wife viewed your comment about multiples and had to laugh, saying "he obviously doesn't know you". In this Napoleonic diorama I was going to have #24 NA 014 figures marching in columns of threes, but when I got up to #15 of the NA 014's I decided to add just #3 more and stop at #18 of them with the flag bearing officer & drummer leading in front. Back in mid 2007 I had sent a photo of a K&C vignette of "1914... The March On To Paris" to Andy Neilson. I had only #4 of the German WW1 marching riflemen on the far right side of this small diorama. Andy Neilson (always the salesman) replied back it was great, "but just imagine if you had #40 of these marching riflemen!" Since then I have moved this K&C WW1 diorama to a 39 inch across round table and I now have #36 of these German WW1 marching riflemen which I figure is close enough to meet Andy's smart comment back in 2007. If you like sent me your E-mail name & I'll E-mail you a photo of my K&C 1914 marching diorama to you if you want to see alot of "muliples"!
Best regards, Gary / "Iron Brigade" 1/30/2010

Dear Raymond / "Glossman":
Thanks for your splendid comments. Actually Brad or "Jazzeum" has posted all #7 photos that I sent to him. They just got separted a bit & there is a section of all #7 photos that I sent to him. Ah yes, there is the need for more US Army First DIV INF figures for my still fairly new D-Day diorama. Perhaps by JUNE 6, 2010, the 66th anniversary of D-Day, K&C will have some more sets coming out.
Best regards, Gary / "Iron Brigade" 1/30/2010 CST

Dear "Capitolron":
Thanks for the two photos of your very nice display/diorama of K&C's WW1 1914 sets. I see you have #16 of the German WW1 marching riflemen along with all the rest. I see you have some interesting ruined building models. Where did you get them from?
Best regards: Gary / "Iron Brigade" 1/30/2010
