Thanks, I took some panoramic shots of the whole diorama that I could not download, so this is the best I can come up with at this time.......

George,

How many men, vehicles, buildings and diorama pieces do you have in your collection? The magnitude of the amazing dioramas from all different theaters of war is just astounding!!:cool:

Thanks Louis.

For Napoleonics, I've got about 10,000 French, Russian, Prussian, British, Austrian, etc figures; infantry, cavalry, artillery.

Have about 5,000 ACW figures, Union and Confederate, plus several buildings, fields, walls, fences, etc, etc.

Have about 5,000 WWII figures of all nationalities; US, British, German, Russian, Japanese, Italian. Have about 500 vehicles from all nationalities combined. AND, have raftloads of bunkers, bridges, pillboxes, trenches, buildings, etc, etc for WWII.

My collection is boxed up and staged on four metal shelving sections that are 48" wide, 24" deep and 72" high..............thanks for the feedback, it's appreciated......

George asked me to post these. Sorry if they're a little small. However, you can see the breadth of his collection.

Many thanks Reb, but I bow down to you, YOU are the master of ACW, I am just doing my part to show something in 20mm. You inspired me to get cracking on ACW, so thanks mate.

Thanks George, that will be something worth waiting for. :) Your 20mm displays remind me of my wargaming days (many years ago). Nice, very nice!

I am, to quote our British friends, GOBSMACKED!!!!!:eek::eek: 20,000 FIGURES AND 500 VEHICLES!!!! You may be in a different scale, but your collection rivals Jim Hillestad's for shear magnitude!!!:cool::cool::cool:

I was wondering the same thing, whether you gamed. You could have your own room at Historicon.

As my cousin likes to say, I could refight the Napoleonic Wars, ACW and WWII on a one to one scale; I'm not quite that bad, but I am getting there..................

George

An astounding collection and scenes. I think one could relive military history in your basement. These should all be in a museum.
