Just wondering if any of you out there collect these wonder figures. They are some of trophy's best. I was thinking about what i would really love for christmas and i came up with set ar1v which is knox's artillery in action and set ar14 47th regt of foot. If anybody out there needs a couple of dollars and has these sets let me know. Ar trophy sets are truely nice and some come in sets of six with slightley different posing for each.

If Santa didn't fill your wish list, I noticed some sets(not artillery) on the Old Toy Soldier website.

thanks tommy, but i hit craig up for one of everything he had. he still has an oxen cart left which is a very nice piece if you do not have it already.

As far as I can tell this is the only thread there is on American Revolution. Does anyone collect these? If so, can you post photos. I rarely see these on eBay. Heck, I don't even know what Len made in this area. I believe there are two auctions presently and I remember seeing a set from the London Show photos.

Hi Brad

I've got three pages of set info from one of my catalogues, I'll scan them and post them here...no sets though ^&grin

Thanks. I will copy and save these even though I don't collect the range since my collection of Trophy catalogues is sparse, to say the least. Thank goodness for the MLK catalogue.

Brad: This is General Washington mounted and dismounted reading a map. Figures in background are not Trophy. Mounted figure is on ebay now. Tommy

Tommy,

Thanks for showing your sets. They look pretty good, but then again is there any bad Trophy?

Brad

I think I have all the Trophy AWI sets and Len made some specials for me as well. I remember asking him for some marching British but he said the series was a little slow moving so he would wait.
I think another collector in the UK also had a bunch of specials (uniforms not poses) made for the later time period.
The British Grenadiers charging and advancing were some of their best sculpts in my opinion.
