Ive never posted in K&C before this post, since I am mostly a WB collector but I have started collecting a few K&C WWll. I started reading some post and always enjoyed everything "Rob" posted..He caught my eye as being all around good egg....I will conti. too look for his post.....

That is perhaps what Howard has taken offense to. I would not be inclined to post in this thread, but you have indicated that people (and not just 'people', but the Australians), are 'checking in'. That means by not checking in, I would in fact, in the eyes of some, be making a statement.

One or two of the responses offered in support of Rob hint at personal gripes other than the one raised by Rob himself. This has now expanded to include broader issues. Each of us in turn, as we have introduced them, have in some measure, hijacked the thread.

I shall be in the Movie Game thread if anyone is looking for me.

I said from the beginning i didn't like it was one of the worst dio,s i have ever seen on here,should of been deleted and there wouldn't be the problems we have now........................^&grin^&grin
You can tell its the end of the month nad there is nothing new for SOME people to whinge about,bring on the dispatches from all companys so we/us/them/they can get back to whinge about them.
Who cares where you post a dio it was a beaut dio and im just glad Rob and others can be bothered posting pics/Dio,s other wise it would be pretty boring around here,be like listening to your favorite movie............^&grin^&grin

First of all guys thanks for all your posts. What a nice bunch of guys you lot are. Yesterday I was furious to the point even my wife noticed!:wink2: But a good nights sleep often does wonders.

Wayne , I count myself very lucky to have some Australian friends on this forum, In my original post I used the term ' some of ' This does not mean all as can be seen in this thread.

No, I just wanted to state why my thread was where it was is all, if I offended any of my Australian friends by putting it where I did it was not by design.But how people can line up to be enemies over something like this is beyond me.

As the missus got pretty upset when she read some of these things yesterday she doesn't want me to use the pc much today, so I'm taking her advice and off into the sunshine. :smile2:

Speaking for myself I'm now putting this behind me, a friendship has ended but I truly learnt who my friends are including all those genuine friends in Australia I will not forget your kind words guys. I do not for a second think this will end here but I am now getting to a point where I myself want to move on.

Hi Guys,

Here is the story.

I sent Rob a PM, he replied and I replied to that. At that point only he and I were in the discussion and I agree he did not like the content of the PM. He then felt he needed to speak out , which he has done in this thread.

I did mention the dio placement issue but his emphasis on this point is out of context and it was not the main issue I was raising with him.

I will leave this thread to him.
