 First of All, the Crete FJ's, didn't sell to well, but the NEW/Latest Camo FJ's are Excellent for ither N.Africa or D-Day? I hope Any hasn't forgotten, about TUNISIA FJ's, because they're different Uniforms, No-Smocks, and they will Sell well for the N.Africa Campaign! Also, what does K&C care about other Toy Companies, making FJ's or Ramcke's Brigade, or Herman Goerings Panzer Grenadiers! They will sell well on the Toy Market, No Matter, what the other Toy Companies are making or have made Currently or in the Past! MORE FJ's! CIAO!

Trouble is John thats the point,I don't think they are selling and thats why there may not be any for a while.

the fj's in normandy did not have yellow pants. offer great falshirmjager in the correct camo pattern and with the right colors and kc will sell a bundle. ask any serious collector of normandy if this is not true. do a pole. i am so sure of it i would give away my toy soldier collection if i was wrong. and it is not small. how can one do normandy correctly without the proper german paratroopers. it is sickening that none are offered. it sounds a little harsh but i am truely telling you how i feel. collectors showcase does great german camo jobs. maybe they can make them. it would really be to bad if kc couldn't do it and left the door open to a competitor to steel the business and the customers.

There are Normandy FJ being made by Thomas Gunn. The first 2 sets are fantastic. They mix with KC completely in size and scale. Painting is first class. -- lancer

It could also be the fact that Andy has made enough of them for a while,we had loads of US Paras too and now they are being rested.

i have bought a set of winter paras from toomy gun and theyt are nice. but the camo job on the normandy paras just isn't right. sorry. and yes andy has done enough us paras, but as cyber field marshal has also said, the german paras that andy has made are just not the right theater for normandy or cassino which is really where they made their mark

Yes I fully understand the points you are raising and FJ's are some of the coolest figures in the hobby:) However what I am saying is that as Andy owns the company he makes the decisions, sometimes we collectors focus so much on what we want that we forget that maybe, just maybe, Andy just does not want to make anymore FJ's for now.He is allowed to do that!:D

Agreed. K&C often leaves a particular line for awhile but rest assurd they will come back and revisit it. And I truly believe that the vast majority of times when a line is revisited in the future they improve it greatly and make something special for all of us collectors. Our normandy FJ's will come one day and they'll be awesome, we just have to be patient. In the meantime we should enjoy some of the surprises along the way such as the new Luftwaffe Field Division releases which I think are spectacular.

Absolutely, the same can be said of US Paras.Andy said a while back that he'd made quite a few and didn't want to make any for a while, but I am sure one day they will return.

Rob

I don't think he's going to rethink the decision on the US paras but I wonder if he should. They were retired a couple of years ago and there are a lot of newer collectors who would like to buy some I'm sure.

Me being one of them!!!! lol

Although I do think the Para's do look awesome, I'm a little Para'd out. Would prefer to see K&C put its production efforts into different WWII US items.

The funny thing is that a few years ago, collectors were complaining that too much of the "DD" line was paratroopers and that K&C should do other units.:)

Also, after the US Paras there were the excellent US Inf beach sets too,so for quite some time the D Day range was US heavy, thats probably why we are now seeing the Brits and Canucks for D Day,more coming next year I understand.;)

Rob

Lets just let Andy and crew concentrate on the sea hound and its crews and A ME109 and there support and,and,and.........:D

I, for one, would like to see some US paras, perhaps after mlore time has passed, because, as I said, newer collectors (who don't want to pay ebay prices) would probably like to have them.

I am very disappointed and sad hear that in the Future no Normandy fallschirmjäger come:(

look for Part 3 of Band of brothers ( the battle of Carentan)

Andy fallschirmjäger of Normandy going to sell very well

I hope that someone can make a poll that Andy could see how much

collectors buy fallschirmjäger of Normandy

Andy the fallschirmjäger of Normandy will make you rich, I'm sure!!!

Harrie

i second that, rob we need a poll. and i agree the luftwaffe field division figures are spectacular and thats the same quality a want to go into normandy fjs
