I was fortunate enough to see both Andy and Gordon last night at Sierra Toy Soldier, I met Andy for the first time last year at this same location but had to leave right away so I was not able to talk to his brother.

This year I wound up talking to Gordon more than Andy. Gordon is a real interesting guy, I have done some model railroading with my Dad in the past and we shared some scenery modelling stories and tips with each other. He is a fountain of knowledge on the subject. I'm at a point right now where I want to try my hand at it again.

Wish me luck!!:)

I will take the opportunity in San Antonio on the 30th at Kings X to check out Andy ! ^&grin

Dear "Hatman":
Yes, Gordon makes up splendid dioramas! And Andy is always nice to talk to at these assorted toy soldier events and shows. I would not have the large collection I have now if it were not for my interest in making up dioramas. Good luck on making up your dioramas and perhaps you could post photos of them at the Treefrog Treasures Forum.

Hatman how long have you been collecting toy soldiers ?

I've been collecting for a little over a year now, I started in May of last year. I mostly collect Jenkins and King & Country, with a few Britain's here and there.
