I have always been a firm believer in that there are many places to spend money & that vendor appreciation is always pertinent to my purchasing decisions. For those of you who have not had the pleasure to meet Andy in person you are missing out!! At dinner in the village the other night I observed him taking the time to politely listen to everyones suggestions & even go so far as to explain why a certain idea would or would not be feasible. How often do you see the head of a company go so far as to make himself accountable to a customer ? It is refreshing to see that my K & C purchases go to a man who is concerned with the collector`s want & wishes & has a genuine respect for them (although I still want ot see more firing Germans!!) . On another note after being at the Jersey show & reviewing product from the other companies (Conte , Britains etc.) K & C is still significantly ahead of the rest . The only area where the gap had been closed was the Panther from Honour Bound (figures were lacking) . Andy keep up the good work & I`ll keep collecting ! Joe Biasco the "bobby" from Jersey.

It's great that he does that. Btw, did anyone suggest improvements to the track detail in the tanks etc.

I complained about the tracks and suggested improvements as did several others. Andy said that he was purchasing an Honour Bound Panther and was going to tear it apart to see how sturdy it was, and whether the improved tracks were solid enough to hold up. After the three Panthers arrived broken at the show (including one with broken fender and tracks) Andy seemed less than enthusiastic about changing his tracks. You know Andy is always looking to improve his product. We'll have to see how it plays out.

To embellish what Louis said, Andy said that since HB had not even come out with anything yet, he wasn't going to change his tracks and was happy with the way they were, pointing out that Figarti has had problems with theirs, with all the moveable parts.

I agree with Mr. Desert Fox completely about Andy. Every year at the Show in Chicaga, i.e., Schaumburg, Andy spends time with my brother and myself in his hotel room to go over all of the new products and he really seems interested in our thoughts. No other Company would do that. That really makes a difference and is one of the reasons I will always be a loyal K+C customer.
