Interesting that Andy is feeling "burned out" by the action in the West. He has done a great job producing men and vehicles but there are still subjects that could be covered in K&C's unique style;
US field artillery - he did a "cold weather" 105 but these guns saw service in every division in every weather. He still hasn't done a US 155mm howitzer (standard item in all "leg" infantry divisions). We haven't ever seen the lightweight 105, the M3, that was used in regimental cannon companies and later in some battalions of the airborne divisions. The heavy guns, the 155 gun ("long tom"), the 8" howitzer, the 8" gun, etc. haven't been done by K&C.
US Antitank artillery - There is the 57mm gun for the regular infantry, or the British 6-pounder on airborne carriage for the airborne divisions. We had a 57mm with paratroopers early in the "DD" range, but it could use a remake. The US 3' AT gun (towed tank destroyer) was used all through the war in Europe. An M36 tank destroyer with 90mm gun would be a good fit for the Battle of the Bulge line. Even the US 90mm AAA gun could be done positioned for ground support (not as commonly used as the German 88, but it was used).
I know that Andy gets awfully tired of Shermans, but there are a number of variants that he hasn't done - M4 (the original type with 1944 upgrades), the M4A3E2 "Jumbo" assault tank, M32 recovery vehicle, and so on.
The Germans had one of their 105mm howitzers done for Africa, but I don't recall one for Europe, also the German heavy mortars were hated by the GIs and Tommies and we haven't seen them for a while.
I don't recall anybody yet doing the US paratroopers in the M1943 uniforms as used in Holland and the Bulge.
Personally I would like to see a few more staff officers, British and American, plus other aides,to go with the Eisenhower command car.
It's nice to see Andy keepming the creative juices flowing with other ranges, but I hope he doesn't give up on Northwest Europe.
