A great night last night with the man, what a great guy. Brett and wife, Howard & Tom all enjoyed his company. Found out heaps, but most under wraps. Can say that new desert building (carpenters shop?) is not far away. Saw the new Commando's which I was not collecting, but seeing up close & personal too good not to have and knowing what is still to come, all resistance melted away. This is an exciting hobby these days with so much choice in historic series & so detailed we are so spoilt. Saw some proto figures again, stunning. Howard no doubt will post some photo's after tonight's big gathering of collector's expected attendance around 60. Thanks Brett in Brisbane & Peter in Sydney, for bringing Andy to our shores. What a fantastic forum to be part of. :salute::, Robin.

Off very soon to the 'Ye old toy shoppe' to hopefully catch up with Andy and a Dingo or two, looking forward to it and the dinner tonight, the digital camera is all charged up ready for action and if not top secret will post pics tomorrow. Last year was a great blast so this year should be as well with a couple of new Dingos attending. Robin sorry I missed you on Sat mate but was a bit under the weather.
Wayne.

Yea disappointed not to see you Wayne, we had a lot of fun last night. You will be blown away with the proto figures, due for release November. Wish I could be at the gathering tonight, it will be a blast. Feel sorry for Andy, I was in his ear for 4 hours, reckon he is relieved I will not be there. I have sent my proxi Howard to stir the pot and keep Andy on the hop. Looking forward to the feedback. Robin.

Sounds like a good time will have to get over there one year to meet everyone.

Just to prove I was there, I am the one who looks like a serious collector.{sm4}, Robin.
