i agree. i think its not too complicated to include the detacheable antenna.

Yes I don't no why either and I forget to ask him in person when he was in Brisbane.Maybe he has a simply answer or maybe he has just not thought of it.Simmo

Most of the early K&C (pre-polystone) vehicles had detachable wire antennae, so it is certainly within K&C's capability to do so.

He does not provide antennas, because of possible lawsuits of putting your hand through them when you play " army ". Also, because you will poke your eye out:D..Michael

I always wondered that too. Good question for Andy at the show.

One of my favorites is this little jeep and in this case it does have an antenna.

I have mounted antennas on most of my AFV's. I use broom bristles from a heavy duty shop broom. The idea came from Ana at HB. She told me that is what they used for the HB tanks. I have even replaced the metal wire antenna that some manufacturers provide. They seem too thin. The broom bristles are easy to cut to length and either use tacky wax or drop of super glue to put into position on the antenna post or insulator.

thanks michael, thats a handy tip.
hopefully K&C will pick it up to enhance their armour further.
