Asking for someone else anyone recognise this figure who made it etc.
I think it’s Russian

Yeah, looks like a signature of "SG", translating from the Cyrillic. I was looking to see if there was anything engraved in the boxes under the base, but the paint is rather thick, so if there is anything there, it's obscured. But the collectors of Russian pieces should have a better idea. I remember seeing a couple of threads that discussed the marks of various studios, too.

While I'm not familiar with the casting itself, this is definitely an early piece by Sineus Studios from Russia.
