Howard hits the nail on the head! While everyone is entitled to an opinion the bashing because things have been slow is counterproductive. Good things are on the way so wait and you will be rewarded with some cool items for your collection.

I don’t know if I would characterize it as bashing. One of the great aspects of this hobby is anticipation, you see it with every manufacturer the moment something new is announced. In a sense I feel that Britains' lack of communication and production has taken that anticipation and turned it into disappointment.

I saw these this morning and they look fantastic! Here is the picture of McClellan and Custer. Britain's sculpt and painting is top notch now.

Look good, not my era, but on any releases I always take their release date with a 'pinch of salt'!

Honestly, I feel everyone needs to calm down on attacking W. Britain as a company and Ken & Ericka as the owners.
1 - The product will come when it comes.
2 - WB as a company has never really been a big presence on this Forum. Not even when Richard was the GM. They would post on occasion but nowhere near the frequency that others interact on here.
3 - Interaction with customers on here is their choice. If they would prefer to put their energy and time elsewhere, that is their choice.

This is a friendly space where you can all interact with each other and enjoy the Hobby as a whole. There is enough negativity out there on other topics.
Any additional threads on "Where is the product" will get shut down going forward.
Trust me, as soon as I am notified new products are coming, you will know!!! I will post a thread about it right away!

As the thread 'starter' I started with a simple question as I know people are getting frustrated, but to reply to your statements,

The product will come when it comes.
Trust me, as soon as I am notified new products are coming, you will know!!! I will post a thread about it right away!


We all accept this, but it is being told they are coming and pre order and in some cases pre-pay and wait for weeks and even months after the release date causes frustration, you [as a company] and WB have been informing people that figures/set will be released and they have just not appeared. Therefore this a two way relationship, please only tell us figures/sets are being released when you are sure they will be coming out, as all the other manufacturers do.

I think people have the right to be able question anyone who informs people of new products and takes pre orders etc and then does not deliver, but it should not get rude and abusive, nor should the people complaining receive abuse, which a Treefrogger from Texas has been giving to a UK collector, but he is a site moderator and a friend of yours, so I suggest you start with those closer to you or is it one rule for those people who disagree with you and another for those who are friends?

This is not just in response to you alone as several people keep commenting about Britain's.

But why all the worry about it?

A huge portion of my collection comes from Ken and I would like to buy some more of his work, But until they release some product.
I just spend my money else where, War Park has recently taken quite a chunk, K&C marines and others.
That is money that WB should have gotten.
If WB seems to work out the problems and they still release stuff I like I will buy it , If not I buy other company's product.
If someone has money that someone paid for a pre order and hasn't delivered the product ask for the money back.

I also feel that someone should have addressed the concerns on the forum from WB as well , but they haven't.
Maybe because they didn't have hard info and didn't want to give false hopes, maybe they can't find a proper manufacture who doesn't give them false dates.
I don't know but I doubt Ken decided to just say "to $^% with it".

IMO spend your money with someone else until they recover and you can buy product or they close and enjoy the hobby.

No offense is meant in any way to anyone who is upset about the way this company is handling this but I guarantee you they have seen the post and are aware.
They may just not have answers to everyone's questions.

Great points and if you have a issue with what I have said please feel free to report the post and the other moderators will take action against me if the deem it necessary. Now to retort to the issues I had with a fellow from the UK I’ve already addressed it and will not do so again. As for new products I don’t know when they will be out but I am sure there will be items available if there are lines you are collecting from WB.
