Guys...

Just having got this through the post today and, being that I am late , as always, to the party as it was released in 2010. wondered has anyone seen it and what they thought.

I have a low level interest in modern war but, have been told good things about this. Following Danish troops in Afghan its supposed to be a visceral account of their time in the battle

I saw a doc recently but I came in after the start so I missed the title. It was very similar in that it was about Danish troops in Afghanistan. It was subtitled and I thought it was very well done. Don't know it this is the same show but it impressed me. -- Al

I just watched the first half and it's good. Very true dry documentary. It takes place in the earlier part of the war where the Taliban are still being pushed out.

I would also recommend "Restrepo" and "Fighting on the front line"
