Knowing that K&C/Andy work many months in advance,the next wave of Arnhem releases is probably done and dusted.However was just wondering what you guys think we will see?.

I'm guessing as we have only had jeeps so far maybe we will get an Allied AFV,a Firefly springs to mind but maybe Andy will keep this for D Day.I also hope we get more British Para sets,perhaps a Mortar team from that iconic photo during the battle.I also like the recent grenade throwing figure from the D Day range and this would be good to see in the Arnhem range.

Some great suggestions there Rob, would love a firefly, I would like to see an ambulance, which would go well with the injured Para. I would also like to see Johnny Frost

* Kate ter Host with a wounded British para
* LT Col John Frost with his hunting horn
* British para mortar team
* British airbone casualties
* Dutch commando's
* Para with a airborne scooter.
* more Polish airbone
* Dutch resistance fighters
* British para looking in to the sky
* Radio jeep
* Ambulance jeep
* Medic & Wounded airbone
* Para throwing a grenade
* Hand to hand vechting
* 30th Corps the humber scout car with Lt. Col. 'Joe' Vandeleur
* a para with kilts on

Yes a Johnny Frost figure would be welcome.You could always use the Fields of Battle Ambulance for Arnhem?.As this will only be the third wave of releases for this range there are still lots of sets that could be made.Some wounded figures would be good too.

I love these kind of posts!:D

Thank you Rob!:cool:

Wounded and Dead Paras and Medics!:D

Some Vehicles for 30 Corps!:D

Paras with open paruchutes and on ground pulling in chutes!:D

Fire fighting!:DMore poses runnning with guns pointed back towards the enemy, pulling wounded comrade back to safety from behind!:D

Firefly, trucks, armoured personell carriers, jeeps!:cool:

Maybe some American Forces?:eek:

What about Polish Paras in a boat?:D

No probs Scott,this is the place where we are all allowed to come over and sound off our ideas!:D

Like a lot of your ideas Scott.I know some folk don't like them but for me dead and wounded really make a scene realistic,its a fact of warfare and we need them.You also suggested vehicles for 30 Corp,I second that!:cool:

Got to agree Rob we need dead & wounded figures to make our dio's look more real, id love to see a dead para hanging from his parachute attached to a tree or lampost? & as Scott pointed out some para's with open chutes on the ground pulling them in would be cool aswell, perhaps we will get british & US para's next year?

Craig.

Not sure about US Paras Craig,Andy said a while back that he'd made enough of them for a while, but you ever know.Some dead and wounded for both Allies and Germans would be very welcome.How about another Bren gun carrier?.

I know Andy said not for a while but if I keep asking you never know lol & I wouldn't mind seeing an update for the Bren Gun Carrier!

I think a Radio Jeep would be good :)
Also a mortar set is a bit of a must.
I'd think there's a good possibility of a Firefly after the success of the Figarti version.

I'd also quite liek to see some hand to hand combat sets - 2 figures - a Para and a German. Would be cool and affordable.

Yes,the US Paras are bound to return one day.I hope this next wave of Arnhem is just after Christmas,with D Day later in the summer it sounds a packed year for collecting already!

Rob

Yes but that gives us no time to recharge our finances! :)
It's certainly a time to focus on the things that you really want.
For me Market Garden and Brits/ Commonwealth D-Day in general are the ranges i really want to keep up with.
I try and keep up with German armour too but i'm falling behind a bit now!
The US stuff is good but i've kind of got a lot of the pieces i need now.

Anyway,James I agree,got to keep up with all the Arnhem D Day releases.

Never thought of Dutch resistance fighters, now that is a great suggestion, a flame thrower team would be a good addition. A Mortar team is a must, would love to see how K&C would do that.

I agree,the Mortar team must be one of the most requested sets for this series.Dutch resistance would also be a very interesting release.

I recall there was a flame thrower team that attacked the Pill Box in "A Bridge Too Far."
They missed the pill box but hit the ammo dump behind it! :)

That would be a good two man set.
