Somebody just a few days ago posted an excellent dio of Arnhem. I tried finding it but can't. Can someone point me in the right direction? Much appreciated :) Brad

Was it this one ? however this is not Arnhem but France /Normandy/ 6th june 1944

Yes the buildings are Helmuth's strong-holds.
I built and painted them myself.

The come as 1:35 kits out of ceramic and wood. I've thought about getting one - they look easy to put together. But the real skill is in painting them and I just don't have the skill. I like the paint job you did.

Ive never tried though!! Need alot of paint etc, I bet.

I always paint the buildings with Tamiya acrylic paint color, this also give a very good "stone look"! The paint is very useable to make it thinner with water to create cement between the bricks. After that, when it is still wet, you make it dry with a cloth.

Harrie, thanks for the info .I did not know "Helmuth's strong-holds". Will certainly give it a try
