Although Little Modling was only a small village it's Mid Summer Fayre was well known and many travelling people visited on a regular basis. Inevitably the first to arrive would be Ferenc Biberovic with a string of ponies tethered to the tailgate of his gaily painted caravan. He was well known for the quality of his ponies and Daisy loved it when there was a little foal to be petted and fussed over. Ferenc's wife , Maritja, told fortunes and had an eager clientel with the younger women of the village eager for good news about their love lives.
Another popular regular was Karl Gundlach with his dancing bear, Norbert. Norbert had two favourite tunes, "Greensleeves" to which he would stand and revolve with his head raised soulfuly to the heavens, and "Prussian Glory" which occasioned him stomping up and down in a most martial manner.
Yet another of Daisy's favourites was Roberto Badolato a.k.a. "The Tin Man ". He would collect old tins and then, armed with little more than a hammer, snips, files and pliers would cut, fold, twist and bend them into delicate trinket boxes, boats and, Daisy's favourite, ballerinas. Here we see them all engaged in their various enterprises. Please not that Daisy is not part of any of the groups, she is merely observing BUT she is available as a seperate figure. Trooper

Another very charming group of figures, Alan.
I like all three of the new groups but can't help leaning towards Karl Gundlach and his dancing bear as my favorite ^&grin.
Cheers!
Konrad Gundlach :wink2:
