At last
my love has come along
my lonely days over
and life is like a song.......Etta James.

Okay....

After 10 months of collecting Battle of Monongahela...I have finally finished and completed the entire series.

BM's, FM's, VM's, BAL's, BA's, and Indian's...I can now close the book on this series.

Finally acquiring a BM-03, pictured below...new to me...but not to all of you...and barring any mishaps by the postal service on delivery of a BM-01 in the next few days...I finally did it while avoiding Ebay and the brutal dealings with them. Treefrog forum is a great modem for collecting rare and hard to get pieces if you can just be patient.

Not criticizing Ebay...not at all...Ebay is a wonderful mode for purchasing figures...in fact I buy on there regularly and actually bought 300 shares of it a couple of months ago, mostly to acquire Paypal's earnings, which they own.

Anyway...my Battle of Monongahela entire set is finally and completely collected...:D:D:D:D:D

Much thanks...A...I really appreciate your help.

Thank you Pete...thank you Mark...

FM02 was also an elusive set that I just acquired in the last couple of weeks.

I know these are old sets to most of you...but they are new to me...so here's the pictures I never got to post until now.

Thank you T.

Very nice Michael and can see why you are pleased. Enjoyed your take on them during our chat fest awhile ago via the air waves. Enjoy your steak and wine this evening.

Way to go Michael! Patience is a virtue after all. Now you need to get a blockhouse.

Its Always a great thing to see a fellow collector happy with his collection....I just started to get some of John Jenkins battle of the snow shoes .....and will try to collect the whole series...I do have all the Siege of Quebec,,,,,,another great set.!!!

Lovely pictures.
Well done on completing the series.

Well done. I still have a few of the very early sets to get before I patiencecan say the same, but nice to see it can be done with a great level of paticence and fortitude.

Well done. I, too, recently secured BM-03. A big thanks to Jagdpanther for allowing me to attain my "Holy Grail". It has been my only TS purchase in about 3 months and it was a thrill. I have been watching for the missing JJD sets I needed for ages and BM-03 is the only one I had never seen offered. I was able to reach Titus in time to close a deal. He is a real gentleman and a real professional in our transaction. The BM-03 was an important set to finish my BoM collection, even though I still need FM-01. -- lancer
