Rounding up another suspect in down town Saigon. Robin.
Can’t help but notice a strong bias towards Highland regiment’s. Understandable. But when they are not Highland regiments, just line infantry there is a reluctance to mention any English county line regiments I.e Crimea, Napoleonic ect. Indeed there is no regimental identification at all. One might get the impression that British military history was purely a Scottish affair. I wonder who the boys from King and Country will be rooting for on Sunday.

Personally, this boy is ‘rooting’ for England to win!
As for no English Line Regiments …All two dozen of K&C’s upcoming D.Day Infantry are from the 2nd. Btn. South Lancashire Regiment…Also we’ve also produced Coldstream Guards…Royal Marines…and Life Guards too.
On the Napoleonic front Highland Regiments tend to be more popular than standard English Line ones which is why we did a ‘generic’ English one.
At the end of the day I am one proud Scot who is equally proud to be BRITISH!
Here’s wishing England all the very best in the final and the hope that the trophy returns with them to the British Isles.
Three cheers for the Three Lions!
Andy & Everyone at K&C.

As an Italian i hope not. But we make to the final every 8 years , not every 55...so it is not a problem to lose against a great team as England is this year. About the Higlanders soldiers...i love the choice of producing them! And we need some for the Great War range! With kilts and all!
Thankyou my friend…At the end of the day I hope the best team wins…whether it’s Italy or England.
It’s a game of soccer after all…Not a matter of life and death!
All the best to yourself and all our K&C collector friends in Italy. Enjoy the game.
Andy.
"A Matter of Life and Death" is one of my favourite movies of all times! XD Cheers Andy, you are a great man!
David Niven was on fine form in that !
Film trivia, there's a short clip of a young Frank Sinatra singing Shoo Shoo Baby in it ! ^&grin
