Awfully quiet in First Legion Land...release updates ? (1 Viewer)

Couldn’t agree more with what Rich said. It’s been over a year since the French were announced. It may take longer to see Prussians than it took to fight the whole bloody war.

I asked to Matt regarding the new release and he said that they probably won’t announce the new products for a few weeks still.

I think that between trade wars, street protests, and now coronavirus, anyone operating a business in Hong Kong must feel like they're under siege. Rather than complain about new releases, I think we should all simply wish First Legion the best and hope they can survive as a going concern.

I agree, I also find comments about enjoying riches not necessary. Having said this, a communication from Matt on this forum would have gone a long way in terms of stopping the speculation...

My first boss told me to "never hide behind a problem, get in front of it and tell the truth". I'm sure that most of the toy soldier makers based in HK and China have challenges so just keep us appraised and collectors will be understanding and patient.
It seems like many of the makers are very secretive when its not necessary. For example once you announce a new range let collectors know what you plan to release with some timing and a caveat of intent not promise. K&C has become better on this so we can
plan our expenditures and space. JJD is doing this as well with photos of their prototypes along with their releases.
Its just good business!
Not to be political but the same goes for governments when it comes to threats of weather or diseases. With this C-virus the public deserves the truth with timely information on prevention and treatments. Large corporations in the US are now circumventing the government information and going
directly to the CDC and WHO for their updates.
